General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc., Poway, California, has been awarded a not-to-exceed $43,740,596 undefinitized contract action for France's MQ-9 second system.

Work will be performed at Poway, California, and is expected to be complete by Oct. 31, 2017.

This contract is 100 percent foreign military sales to France. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition.

Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8620-15-G-4040).
