AAI Corp., Hunt Valley, Maryland, was awarded a $22,474,050 modification (P00011) to contract W58RGZ-13-C-0108 to acquire Sub-ESM 411 Shadow Reliability Technology Refreshments and Changes II to cover efforts to incorporate the following reliability improvements and technology insertions:
-- Air Vehicle (AV) fuel system improvements;
-- Engine Control Unit communications failure correction;
-- Universal Ground Data Terminal reliability improvements;
-- Tactical Automatic Landing System multipath fixes;
-- AV Global Positioning System card initialization correction;
-- Manned-to-Unmanned Teaming (MUM-T) technology insertions;
-- Automated/electronic operator checklists implementation; and
-- 2kW generator replacement.

This Sub-ESM covers the effort required to investigate, integrate, test and field these Shadow improvements.

Fiscal 2014 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $22,474,050 were obligated at the time of the award. Estimated completion date is June 12, 2015. Work will be performed in Hunt Valley, Maryland.
